Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled. You  will need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it. Buyer is liable for ALL return shipping costs and 15% restocking fee.

Returns

Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. To initiate a return please contact us at orders@evilalloy.com We will require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: [discounted or sale items, gift cards, discontinued products) These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.  Any and all Items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee,  buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs incurred. When returning we suggest using a trackable shipping service and or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value as we will not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return process, if said item(s) are lost or damaged there will be no refunds given.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

After We have received your valid return, we will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. Please remember there is a 10% restocking fee for all items returned.

If your return is accepted by Us, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

International Shipping

Please contact us if you are interested in international shipping. Buyer is responsible and understands all risks involved with shipping items Internationally. If buyer decides that they would like to return their purchase buyer is responsible for any and all costs included in the return process as well as a 10% restocking fee.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS THAT ARE DAMAGE, OR DO NOT ARRIVE. BUYER ASSUMES ALL RISKS FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
